STEP 2: CORRECT - Obagi Clear is the major bleaching and correcting preparation in the Obagi Nu-Derm Skin Health Restoration program. Formulated for maximum surface bleaching, it contains 4% hydroquinone (prescription strength) as the active ingredient in an activating base to increase its effectiveness.
